Our wines are approachable, food friendly and the perfect addition to any meal. Whether you’re sharing with your family at your BBQ, or enjoying traditional Mexican food at Cafe Coyote in Old Town San Diego, Rancho Coyote Wine is the perfect choice for your fiesta!

Our Boutique 7-acre vineyard consists of five separate blocks, each with completely different terroir (soil, micro climates, temperature, exposures and elevations). Farming is done naturally by hand with no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.

2021

SPARKLING BLANC

DE NOIR

NEW! Our “Blanc de Noir” (French for “White From Black”) is a White Sparkling Wine  made from 100% Pinot Noir Grapes grown on our ranch in the Russian River Valley.  It is a dry Full Bodied Sparkling  “Brut Nature” with a Rich Texture and has Notes of Peaches, Apricots, and plums.  It pairs well with most foods but can also be  enjoyed on its own!

2020

SPARKLING BRUT ROSé

This is a Natural Sparkling Brut Rosé of Estate Pinot Noir. It pairs well with most foods. The bubbles in the sparkling wine are created solely from the secondary fermentation of this wine that occurs naturally inside this bottle, the same method used to make high quality champagne in France “methode champenoise”.

NOIR BLANCO

A White Wine made from Red Grapes!  Aromas of yellow delicious apple, lemon oil, french bread dough, and white tea with a satiny, crisp, dry medium body & a smooth, stimulating, medium-long finish. A crowd-pleaser with ripe fruits and accents of lemon curd, yellow apple & white flowers. A red wine drinker's white wine!

2022

Rosé of Pinot Noir

Our Rosé is meticulously crafted from a field blend of Calera, 828, 667 and Elite Clones, grown on our ranch. Lightly crushed and fermented with only Native yeasts in Stainless Steel Casks resulting in a dry wine. With lovely floral aromatic of quince and rose petals, the palate rich with strawberry rhubarb savoriness.

2020

PINOT NOIR

This Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley is wonderfully aromatic with flavors of milk chocolate covered coconut. Our medium-bodied Pinot is Juicy and approachable with excellent acid structure to pair with any dinner course. This delicious wine will spice up your meal and make you say “WOW!”
